DO YOU HAVE 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Yes, you can speak to a live person any time over the phone or use the self-service portal on your computer or other smart device. While our store managers are always willing to help, they are limited to business hours, so we offer other ways to manage your account 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
IS THERE ELECTRICITY IN MY STORAGE UNIT?
Most do not, but select units do offer electricity. If your storage needs require access to an electrical outlet, you will want to contact the facility manager prior to signing a lease to check for availability. If that location does not have the right unit for you, the manager may be able to help you find a nearby facility that does.
CAN I HAVE BAND PRACTICE IN MY STORAGE UNIT?
Yes, select locations do allow bands to practice inside storage units, and we won’t even judge your taste in music. Want to indulge your bass player who’s been taking yodelling lessons? Who are we to nay say? Just be sure to check with the facility manager for location specific rules before you text your bandmates.
WHAT IS THE HEIGHT OF YOUR STORAGE UNITS?
7 to 8 feet tall is standard for most storage units, but this can vary from location to location. If the ceilings are lower or higher, it will be noted in the unit dimensions on our website. If you have concerns about available storage unit sizes, you are always welcome to call 24/7 customer care or speak directly to the facility manager during office hours.
WHAT IS A COVERED LOADING BAY?
A covered area where you can park to unload or load your things to and from your storage unit. Covered loading bays help you and your stuff stay out of the elements when you visit your storage unit. Some units are located indoors, and are covered by interior hallways, while other drive-up units may or may not have covered loading bays.
ARE COVERED LOADING BAYS PROVIDED?
Yes, many of our locations do have covered loading bays. This information is available on each facility’s website. If you have particular items that must be kept out of the elements at all times, and you are concerned about the location or coverage of the nearest covered loading bay, please contact your store manager to share your concerns and find a solution that will work for you.
