DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT OR FEES?
No deposit is required, but there is a small, one-time administration fee. You also need to provide proof of insurance or purchase one of our affordable Value Coverage plans and provide a lock, which you can purchase easily from our office. There are no hidden fees to worry about.
HOW DO I GET A DISCOUNT ON MY STORAGE UNIT?
New customer discounts are available online, via phone, or when renting in person with the location manager. All customers enjoy our everyday low prices and exceptional customer service 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Be sure to review your offer before signing, so you know exactly when promotional rates end and standard rates apply.
WHAT’S THE SHORTEST LEASE TERM?
One month. All leases are month-to-month and renew on the first day of the month. If you need your unit for less than a month, you will still need to pay the full price, as well as the one-time administration fee and provide proof of insurance. No matter how long or short your storage term, you’ll get the same great service right from day one.
DO YOU MATCH COMPETITOR PRICING?
No, we do not match competitor pricing, but we do offer new-customer .discounts and everyday low prices. Our prices are based on our industry-leading standards for customer service, location, and the quality of our facilities, which are all well lit and covered by CCTV, with many offering electronic gate access and onsite management.
