How much does it cost for self storage?
We have a range of prices based on your location, unit size, and property amenities. To get the best rate, rent a unit online for exclusive online discounts.
Do You charge a deposit or additional fees?
We do not charge a deposit. When you rent a unit with us, there is a small, one-time administration fee. We also require you to purchase Value Coverage for your unit or provide a home owner's or renter's policy that covers self storage units.
How do I get a discount on my storage unit?
We offer a discount on select storage units when renting online.
Is there a minimum stay required?
We do not impose a minimum length of stay; all of our leases are month-to-month.
Do you match competitor pricing?
We do not offer price matching with competitors, but we strive to keep our pricing at or below market value. Rent online for discounts like one free month on select units.
How does the Free Month of storage discount work?
We offer a free month discount on select units, which are clearly marked on the website. If you select one of these units and move in on the 1st you will receive that month for free. If you move in anytime after the 1st day of the month, we will prorate your rent for the partial month and the next month's rent is free!

Do you have a charity discount?
Yes! We are happy to provide donated storage space to a variety of charities in the communities we call home. We are especially eager to partner with charities that help children and families and are willing to be engaged partners with us!
To see if you qualify, go to our Store it Forward page and submit an application. Applications are processed based on a number of factors, and it generally takes about two weeks to receive a final response.
How do you apply for a charity unit?
Please go to the Store it Forward page on our website and click the "Request a Storage Unit" button. Due to the high volume of requests received, we cannot consider requests that come to us from outside the application process.
