I needed a facility to store excess belongings during the showing phase of my home as well as the first 6 months in my new home. The facility's location is near a U-Haul truck rental store. I started with one unit conveniently located near one of two loading areas, but ended up renting two units. The rental contract was very straight forward. I liked the fact that when moving out, no advance notice was required and there was no security deposit. The specific unit locks required are sold on-site and are affordable. The facility is very accessible with grocery, retail shopping, service businesses and fast food close at hand. Plus, the hours of accessibility, generous. The manager, Mackenzie, was helpful and responsive to my questions and seemed very organized and knowledgeable of the facility. The rates are competitive with other storage facilities iin the area. StorageMart came through for us by providing a solution to a short-term problem. I'd definitely use them again should the need arise.
